My mission as a Mental Health and Mindset Coach and a DBT Skills Trainer is to help people raise their vibration and be in a place where they are able to benefit from their emotional life, while not being controlled by it.
While my biggest achievement in life has been overcoming my own mental health challenges, my background is in theater, classical philosophy and yoga. I like to use my theater training to bring creative and somatic elements to the coaching, so expect play and movement! I also draw tools from mindfulness practices, yoga philosophy and the ancient mysticism of Kabbalah.

As a Mental Health and Mindset Coach,It is my passion to help those who suffer from anxiety, ADHD, depression, and extreme depression, to radically shift their mindset and their mood.
This work is so important to me because I know first hand the pain of struggling with mental health, and I believe deeply that we all inherently deserve to be fulfilled and to enjoy this life!
I love helping my clients gain focus and structure, and overcome procrastination. My clients are held accountable to their goals to help keep them on track to achieving their dreams.
